Order Fulfillment -
We ship orders Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We do not ship orders on Weekends or Federal Holidays. Therefore, they do not count as business days.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing/handling. Sometimes, due to high volume of orders, it may extend up to 5 business days.

Delivery time is calculated from time of order dispatch, not from time of order placement. Please take processing time into consideration when placing an order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPLACEMENTS
Domestic Orders (United States of America)
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, FourierFragrances.com welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.​

International Orders
At this time, we are unable to provide free return shipping for international orders. Customers outside the U.S. may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A secure payment link will be provided to cover the return label cost before the label is issued. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Special Exception for "Hard To Find" -
Please note, a ~5% restocking fee will only be incurred if either the cellophane seal has been broken/removed or fill level is substantially lower. "Hard-To-Find" body products—including lotions, creams, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, dusting powders, oils, aftershave (liquid & balm), deodorant (spray & stick), and body mists—are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify under any circumstances.
HOW-TO-RETURN: ​
1. Prepare Your Return:

Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging if possible. Use additional padding or a sturdy box if necessary to prevent damage during transit.
2. Request a Return Label:

Email contact@fourierfragrances.com with your order information, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

You will receive the return label to download & print.
3. Attach the Return Label:
-
Print the return label and affix it to the exterior of your package. Ensure the label is visible and not obstructed.
4. Ship Your Return:
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location as indicated on the return label.
Important Notes:

Returns must be completed within 45 days of purchase.

Products labeled "FINAL SALE" do not qualify for return.

Sometimes, items can be damaged during transit. In the event you received a damaged item, please email us immediately with details, plus attached photos. *Replacements will ONLY be provided IF a clear image of the incorrect fragrance is included*

We are NOT responsible for any orders that are claimed lost or stolen. If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to the correct address or postal code - we are unable to replace or refund your order.
