SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Fulfillment -

We ship orders Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We do not ship orders on Weekends or Federal Holidays, as Post Office is closed. Therefore, they do not count as business days.

​

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing/handling. Sometimes, due to high volume of orders during Special Sale Events or Holidays, it may extend up to 4 business days

​

Delivery time is calculated from time of order dispatch, not from time of order placement. Please take processing time into consideration when placing an order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPLACEMENTS

General Information

Policy - Full Size (NOT DISCONTINUED)

HOW-TO-RETURN: Please securely pack your return in a box (Full Size) or bubble mailer (Travel Size) and affix shipping label to exterior.

Sometimes, items can be damaged during transit. In the event you received a damaged item, please email us immediately (within 7 days of receiving shipment) with details, plus attached photos of how the item arrived. *Replacements will ONLY be provided IF a clear image of the incorrect fragrance is included*

We are NOT responsible for any orders that are claimed lost or stolen. If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to the correct address or postal code - we are unable to replace or refund your order.

We accept returns for FULL size fragrance products within 30 days of their original delivery date, provided they are unused/unopened or the cellophane wrap/seal has not been removed! We define "full size" as original manufacturer goods, such as retail fragrance bottles in original manufacturer packaging. Body products are also eligible. You will be provided a refund less a 5% restocking fee.

Clearance products sold in Used condition are FINAL SALE only! Do not qualify for return/exchange/replacement.

If an opened FULL size fragrance product is intended to be returned - manufacturer seal has been removed, but still contains 95-99% of the fragrance inside - you will be provided a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Why? Because the item is no longer new and we are unable to sell it for our full price. We reserve the right to adjust restocking fee if returned item exhibits more usage/damage than ruled above.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged.

Policy - Travel Size (NOT DISCONTINUED)

We accept returns for TRAVEL size fragrance products within 14 days of their original delivery date, provided they are unused/undamaged! We define "travel size" as 1. our rebottled&repackaged selection AND 2. original 'Manufacturer' goods, such as roll-ons, travel sprayers, or carded samples in original manufacturer packaging. You will be provided a refund less a 5% restocking fee.

Clearance products sold in Used condition are FINAL SALE only! Do not qualify for return/exchange/replacement.

Policy - DISCONTINUED/VINTAGE

We accept returns for DISCONTINUED/VINTAGE liquid splash/spray fragrances within 7 days of their original delivery date, provided the item condition is similar to when you received it!

A restocking fee will be charged to you or from your total refund. This is a requirement, as we are unable to re-sell at original full price. 

1. Original as described like condition. Never tampered with. No longer wanted ... 5% restocking fee

2. Breaking/removing cellophane seal on received NEW condition, never sprayed ...  10% restocking fee

3. Breaking/removing cellophane seal on received NEW condition, sprayed a couple times/95-99% full ... 15% restocking fee

4. Spraying 1%+ fill amount on received USED condition ... 15% restocking fee

We reserve the right to adjust restocking fee if returned item exhibits more usage/damage than ruled above.

DISCONTINUED/VINTAGE Body products are NOT eligible for refund/exchange/replacement. This includes Lotions, Creams, Shampoos, Conditioners, Soaps, Dusting Powders, Oils, Aftershave (liquid&balm), Deodorant (spray&stick), & Body Mists. SOLD AS IS, QUALITY NOT ASSURED (THE VERY NATURE OF BODY PRODUCTS MEANS THAT NEW/SEALED MAY STILL EXHIBIT "EXPIRATION") PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
